Quote Process
Be Item Specific
The world of Promotional Products is so diverse we need to be specific when quoting and ordering as there are so many similar products.
To ensure this accuracy it is important to supply both the catalogue name and the product name and code when requesting a quote or placing an order.
For example.
Catalogue: JB’s
Product Name: JB’s Birds Eye Polo
Product Code: 2BEG
Be Quantity Specific
Promotional products are very much quantity/price based. Generally the bigger the quantity the cheaper the price. This is why it is important to be accurate with the quantity required. You may wish to request several quantities if you are unsure how the price will be effected.
For example
Please quote on a quantity of 20, 30 and 50.
Be Decoration Specific
Every promotional product has its own unique way or ways of been decorated and each of these methods are different in their setup and price structure.
Some items may also only be decorated in a single colour where others may offer full colour at no extra charge.
If the decoration process is unknown, some important factors to enable to quote include number of colours per position.
Example.

These details along with your contact name, phone, fax and email will enable us to provide a detailed 30 Day quotation usually within the same day.
Order Process
The order process is much the same as the quote process however it involves a few pre-production steps.
Once the specifications and price have been confirmed on paper, Promomania can under most circumstances supply a sample of the actual product and where possible this sample will include the decoration required.
When it is not possible due to setup restraints to produce an actual decorated sample, an undecorated sample is supplied along with a digital proof of the decoration.
Samples
First of all, shop around and compare prices and products. Once you have decided on a product or products we can supply you with an actual sample before placing an order.
All samples incur a delivery and item charge with a minimum of $10 per transaction. The item charge is credited back to you if the sample is returned and an order is placed.

Standard Post Smaller items $5.00

Garment Sizing
Unfortunately there is no set size guideline across garment suppliers and each one has their own unique measurements therefore we cannot assume that a size XL has the same measurements in one brand as it does in another.
To ease with this confusion, Promomania can supply sizing charts for all its brands however to be even more accurate we can also supply actual size samples for each garment style.

Returns Policy

All care and action is taken to ensure 100% Satisfaction with all orders.
Un-decorated stock items incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
All decorated goods CAN NOT be returned.
If you are not completely happy with any of our products plain or decorated please contact our office within 7 days of receiving your order. If it is found that Promomania is responsible for supplying faulty or misprinted product then Promomania will make a full refund on return of the product.
Decorate Only
When a client engages Promomania to carry out professional decoration of their supplied product. Promomania will ensure the accuracy and quality of production at all times. Should the matter arise that Promomania is responsible for making an error during this procedure, Promomania will reprint the product for free however will not be held responsible for replacing the cost of the actual product.
