Confused about what to do?
This website is designed to make it as simple as possible for you to find a product and then to obtain a quote.
1) Choose the ‘Product Catalogues’ button from the menu.
2) Choose a Product category from the list
3) Finally, choose a Catalogue to start searching for your specific product.
The catalogue will open up in its own window and in most cases will contain its own internal search field
4) Request a quote or place an order (See the Quote & Order Process button)
When searching the catalogues, have a piece of paper beside your keyboard where you can write down the catalogue name plus the product name and code. These details are required for the quoting and ordering process.
Take a look at the Quote and Order Process tab so as to better understand some other details required.
It can be a daunting task to sift through all the catalogues to find the best suited product however it helps if you can narrow down some of the parameters before you start searching.
Some of the most important parameters are explained below.
Pricing
Although prices are not listed throughout the catalogues, most people can gauge an idea of cost based on a perception of the image compared to common knowledge.
For example: A plastic pen from any newsagent may cost around $0.60c. A similar pen from the catalogue you would expect to be less if buying in bulk which is probably true however don’t forget to take into consideration the decoration which can include setup, artwork and printing costs.
Normally product and decoration costs will reduce the more you buy as well as the fact that the setup costs can be divided over a greater quantity making the per unit cost less.
If you use the rule - it looks more expensive - then it probably is.
Some ideas of quantity levels include:
Pens: 250+, 500+, 1000+, 2500+, 5000+
T-Shirts: 10+, 20+, 30+, 50+, 100+, 200+, 500+, 1000+
Specifications
Although we can make just about anything to your exact specifications, this usually involves larger minimum quantities, longer lead times and are sometimes more expensive.
For smaller quantities or tight lead times the stock services displayed in the catalogues are the best choice however it is best if you can decide carefully the specifications you MUST have and the ones that you would just like. Some MUST have specifications may include corporate colours, size availability, end use requirements ie: waterproof, durability. There is no use deciding on a product then to only find out it is not available in ‘Red’ to match your corporate identity however if colour was only a ‘LIKE’ requirement then the product maybe available in white and we can print your logo in red.
End Use Requirements
Decide what you want to achieve then choose the product to suit this application.
Although this sounds very simple it is very important to keep in mind what the end use of the product will be.
For example, if it is just to flash your logo around at a trade fair for a day then maybe a cheap promotional pen may do the trick however it may or may not stick around for long.
A corporate gift for all those special clients may involve a desk calculator or coffee cup with your logo printed on them, this you know will have a lasting impression.
During winter, jackets are very popular especially the polar fleece options which keep you very warm however would it be also best to have a jacket that is showerproof for those cold wet morning site visits. There are showerproof jackets available with a polar fleece lining.
