Who is Promomania?
Mission Statement
To simplify the process involved in choosing an item that is best suited to the client in terms of the specifications, budget & quality required whilst ensuring accurate decoration and on time delivery. All clients to receive the same level of service regardless of their order request.
Company Background
The year 1991 saw the launch of the business Screen Design, a business solely devoted to providing a screenprinting service including flatbed printing on plastic for manufacturing companies and fabric printing for garment manufacturers.
With garment printing being the most dominant together with customer demand, Screen Design developed from just a printer into a printer and supplier of promotional products for local clubs, schools and business.
As the promotional products industry expanded as well as the demand for associated products, Screen Design diversified into all areas of the industry still focusing on local groups however also suppling to many larger organisations such as Telstra, Paddy Pallin, Oxfam, & Scouts Australia.
Current Situation
Promomania was officially launched in Sept 2006 operating from owned premises at the Industrial Park at Mt Kuring-gai NSW. These premises incorporate all manufacturing processes plus an extensive showroom of many of the products available including past printed samples.
Rapid growth together with diversification is urging Promomainia to move to larger and more accessible premises hopefully in the very near future.
Ownership
The company is formed by one director who has trade qualifications in Screenpirnting and Stencil Preparation with First Place in Years 1, 2 & 3 as well as a vast knowledge of the industry and talents in concept and design.

Whether you are a local community group needing some souvenir shirts for a drama production, a tradesman wanting to promote their service or a large corporation requiring conference bags for a seminar.
Our list of clients is diverse and varied due to the extensive range of products available therefore Promomania is not selective and serves to cater to the needs of all market segments delivering the same level of service regardless of the order request.
Quality
Our commitment is to the best quality available for the budget request. Whilst some products maybe of superior quality they maybe unnecessary in their application. Quality will also be assured on product presentation, decoration and delivery.
Promomania stands by its products with strict quality procedures in place that are continually improved.
Delivery
Promomania understands that sometimes there are tight deadlines and whenever possible we will try and fulfill these requirements and usually without any penalties.
We use trusted local and interstate delivery methods of which Promomania has had long standing relationships with however the customer is most welcome to arrange alternative delivery methods.
We stand by our delivery times and guarantee them whenever humanly possible however it is also nice to know when we have a bit of time up our sleeves.
